These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77com ("77com", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 77com.one and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.

By accessing the 77com platform, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 77com platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active account on 77com, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 77com strictly prohibits registration and play by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from 77com or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or director of 77com or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.
• You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identity document.

77com reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 77com may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending identity verification.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) account on 77com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different device — is strictly prohibited. 77com uses technical, documentary, and behavioural methods to detect duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 77com login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Promptly notifying 77com support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact information — including your Pakistani mobile number — current and accurate at all times.

77com will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any communication purporting to be from 77com requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately via [email protected].

Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as notified in the platform fee schedule. 77com will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee.

77com accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within the cashier section of your account.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be seized and the account suspended pending investigation.

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Deposits are credited to your 77com account in real time or within a maximum of two (2) minutes.
• Bank Transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan): Deposits may take up to four (4) business hours to be credited, subject to interbank processing times.
• Visa / Mastercard: Card deposits are typically credited within minutes, subject to issuing bank approval. Some Pakistani bank cards may decline international gaming transactions — this is controlled by your bank, not 77com.

77com does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply its own charges, for which 77com accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have successfully completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Processing times are as follows (from the time of approval by 77com):

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa: Within 90 minutes for verified accounts.
• HBL, UBL & Meezan Bank: One (1) to three (3) business days, subject to interbank clearing.
• Visa / Mastercard: Three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to card network processing.

77com reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. These checks are conducted in compliance with AML regulations and are not intended to delay legitimate withdrawal requests.

Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player and returned to the account balance before they have been approved and processed. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.

77com offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, and device.
• All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.

77com reserves the right to exclude individual players from any specific promotion at its sole discretion. Decisions regarding promotional eligibility are final.

All games offered on the 77com platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All RNG systems used by 77com's third-party game providers are independently tested and certified by recognised gaming testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each game is available within the game's information panel.

For live dealer games, 77com partners with globally recognised live casino studios whose operations are subject to their own regulatory oversight. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers in professionally equipped studios.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, 77com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Bets placed on a malfunctioning game do not entitle the player to any winnings beyond the return of their stake.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body. 77com follows documented settlement rules for each sport. In cases of disputes regarding settlement, the decision of 77com's sports trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77com platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the platform by individuals under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously or over time.
• Depositing funds using stolen payment credentials or payment methods registered to a third party.
• Laundering money or using the 77com platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, macros, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug must report it immediately to support and must not exploit it.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 77com staff, other players, or any individual associated with the platform.

77com is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum cool-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week, or month. Sessions are automatically paused once the threshold is reached.

Game software, content, and audiovisual assets provided by third-party studios — including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Habanero — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the 77com platform under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of the 77com platform or these Terms.

Without limiting the foregoing, 77com shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from game outcomes, whether due to chance, skill, or any other factor.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 77com's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment networks or banking infrastructure.

77com's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

77com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Account use that poses a regulatory or compliance risk to 77com.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any balance held at the time of suspension will be maintained. If the investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance will remain available. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 77com reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 77com support. Verified balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following account closure.

77com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77com will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and will prominently display a notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 77com platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77com holds its gaming licence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
